The implementation and support phase of the project is when the actual fix or solution is executed on the current computer and network infrastructure.

Implementation and support tasks include building the infrastructure or executing the detailed project plan tasks and supporting any unexpected issues that arise as a result of the changes to the network.

Once the solution has been implemented and any issues are resolved, documentation will be created during this phase and management of the solution will be turned over to the internal company staff that will be responsible for the daily operation of the solution.
